1. Initial call and assessment
We ask what happened, how long water has been present, where it entered and whether the source has been stopped. On site, the affected area is measured, the water category is determined, and meters and thermal imaging are used to map how far moisture has travelled. That assessment sets the scope: what can be dried, what must be removed and what equipment the space needs.
2. Water source control
Drying cannot begin while water is still arriving. Depending on the loss that means closing a fixture valve or the main supply, isolating a failed appliance line, arranging a plumber or roofer, or managing exterior water entry until a permanent repair is made.
3. Water extraction
Standing water is removed with pumps and extraction units, then carpet and hard-surface extraction pulls trapped water from assemblies. Fast, thorough extraction removes far more water than evaporation ever will and directly shortens the drying period.
4. Controlled drying and monitoring
Air movers are positioned to move air across wet surfaces while dehumidifiers remove the moisture that evaporation releases. Readings are taken on each visit and recorded, and equipment is repositioned as areas reach dry standard.

5. Cleaning, repairs and final review
Affected surfaces are cleaned and, where the water category calls for it, disinfected and deodorised. Removed materials such as drywall, trim, insulation and flooring are reinstated, contents are returned, and we walk the space with you and hand over the documentation file for your records or your insurer.
